I think most people don't visit the dentist unless they have something wrong with their teeth. I honestly don't go for regular cleanings. It's too expensive.

Oooh, that makes sense. I was wondering why it was so expensive for you. I think a cleaning for me is completely covered by my insurance once a year. I had one done not too long ago and they said they’d bill me after they charged insurance and I never got anything. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I need both dental and health insurance, but I only have a part-time job right now. I'm having to pay $1K+ for this procedure, and I'm paying $1K for lab work. I'm having to pay $50 a month for the lab work, and I'll be paying my brother back gradually for the dental procedure. Financially, I'm in no position for health issues, but they creep up on you.
