This is motivation but at the same time this is a very hard job which kind of just depressing. 😛

This is true in a sense. If you're passionate about your niche and truly enjoy it, then good things may come. Why not try to make some money from something you absolutely love doing?

Enjoying your niche is certainly important as you are less likely to burn out and more likely to work harder on your project if you actually enjoy it. However if you are looking for big money, then you need to not only work on a niche you like but also make sure it has potential. It needs to be something that is unique or something in a less competitive market. Otherwise, you will just end up with little success with all the competition. While it is now hard to find a unique market, it is still possible.
