Your Quick Review
Pros:
-The theme is very good. It is not exquisite, but it doesn't need to be. It is a simple theme, but looks very nice. Banner aside, I just feel like I am watching the show.
-The banner couldn't be better. It has all the main actors in the show, and a driver. Maybe having a few cars in the background would be a good idea, as the cars are half of the show.
-I like the variety of content. Some of the forums like "Top Gear Suggestions" are very creative, and I have not seen many things like this on other TV show forums.
Cons:
-One little thing. In the banner, I would suggest taking out the ".info" It is not necessary. It should just say "Top Gear Forum".
-Cash. Is cash really necessary here? I think a good idea would maybe be to have a "Virtual Car Dealership". If you build up enough forum cash, you can buy a "car" and the staff will place a picture of that car below their post, for reputation, honor, etc.
-Exchange forum. I just don't see a need for this. It goes away from the forum's identity, and is not even being used.
-Sport should be sports, in both the title and the description. Fix the spelling mistake, that might explain the low activity in that forum.
Final/General Thoughts: The forum is good. I just think that some of your ideas like cash, cash exchanges, etc are moving away from what the forum is really about. There is no need for virtual currency, unless it has something to do with the show or cars, like my suggestion. The forum has unique content, I like it. You have done well so far, good luck with the rest!
