Pros: Wow! Your forum looks good. I've not seen this particular style around a lot, which is a good thing. The layout of your forum is excellent and done with thought. You can easily navigate through out, without getting lost. I also like the banner, which gives that extra touch to the forum.
I also see that you've created your own imageset to go with your board, which I think looks excellent! The flags is a nice touch. I can't see the "New Posts" images as no Demo account was provided, but I'm sure they change colour somehow.
I'm not sure what else I can mention, I just love it. I like the Style, the layout, the banner. It looks like you've got some quality content and good staff moderation. You also got a few "VIPs", which I think is a neat feature to increase activity of your forums.
Cons: Seeing I think your forum looks awesome, I can only point out some minor things so do not take it too hard. For example the "Cash Icon" in the header next to the Cash link. It's mostlikely the default icon that comes with that MOD and it's for the subsilver2 style and doesn't look good on your header. Try finding one that matches with the rest of your icon-set.
Just after the "AmysCashBack" banner at the footer, there is a "," at the left. That shouldn't be there?
At the bottom you've four affiliate buttons, one of them being "The Official Garfiun Blog", which is in text and not an image. Turning this into an image will hold the overall look of the buttons.
Your username is "Admin" on the board, which I personally do not like. Users can see that you're an Admin by looking at the "Administrators" group or by your Rank (& Rank Image).
The 'block' where the banner is in doesn't have rounded corners at the bottom, while the rest of the style has them. Giving this block also rounded corners will make the style more as a whole!
Final/General Thoughts: Try to get these last few 'bugs' out I mentioned and your forum looks awesome!
