Does anyone know of a toplist where you can add your website/forum or whatever it is and you can vote for it and it will be added to the toplist? I have one but I think its a little inactive not used anymore really, and I need help promoting my forums.

I don't really think that topsites are used that much anymore. I hardly see any 'active' ones and the ones that I do see have mostly inactive or closed down sites on them.
