First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I was expecting a top-site when the forum first opened again, but it was a forum which surprised me so much as I am sure we all thought ''oh no, not another one'' but I was quite impressed that you guys are giving it a shot. Just hope for the best and work on expanding the services step by step and think big and have a good positive ambition and your on the correct road. I now just noticed that you guys have a top-site and I think that you need to start getting the top-site out more than the forum now as it is a good special service that every forum should have. I am not a big fan of Christians free themes and to be honest I hate this one also, it is becoming overused more and more each day and I suggest you look for something new and unique or buy a custom theme. I know the forum may be struggling for money at it's first steps but you could always splash out £5, each staff member and pay for an ad up on the top-site or forum. I can't really judge the banner as it was my creation but I think it suits perfectly. The favicon ain't great, I can't read it and doesn't match the theme of the forum very well, I suggest getting a 32x32 favicon so there is more room and you may have more chance of fitting the ''T101'' in the tight squeeze.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The site is laid out very well, and really is a good change to not see a general discussion category as you really do seem to be focusing more on the subject of the forum than other things, which is great. The navigation bar seems over crowded much, this is not your fault but I think or would have thought Christian would have made a Search pop-up query. Also I noticed the service Table Ads, it is kind of ugly seeing basically all those boxes, try to make it all in one or tweak around with it with codes and what not. To be quite honest everything is in place although I would try mixing some forums about and add a twist to the services, but it does it for me.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Well, for a new site only under 3 days old having the active community and amount of post's you have is great for a new site starting out. I would suggest you start posting more topics for newer members to get involved with. Also I don't think a competition could go wrong on the first few days to boost activity, make the contest unique and something that really is worth a go-go for prize.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Try telling the staff more about the site and the services offered, I saw one of your staff members asking where the service would be based, that ain't honestly good. Your bundle staff seem to pick and choose, I don't want to say names but they say ''I'll let so and so do this as I am Vip'', ''I will get it tomorrow if I can be bothered'' and I am sure it will continue. I honestly think you either hired the wrong staff or needed the staff fast before the opening. You need to talk to them fast or you will be getting complaints and rude comments about your forum. Also guidelines seem pretty simple, they don't explain much about the service or how exactly they work, definitely work on them as it may be a minor thing but it can help alot.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your grammar seems pretty good, so are most of your staff members and members them self. Although most post's ain't descriptive, mostly staff members but yet again I ain't saying name but it wasn't impressive as they seem to be posting lolpwned pictures. I think most of your staff all don't meet forum standards, but yourself, Scourge, and Jake Jones. You's seem to be the serious ones about the forums and the others might think it is one big laugh. I just really suggest getting staff that know what there doing and can work straight away and still have fun.
