Topsites?

Do you still submit your forum/site to top sites anymore? Do you think it's still useful?


I don't because I think it's starting to become a old/outdated promotion trick. I also don't think many people check or visit them anymore, so no use really. The same with website directories.

Just as you said old and out dated.

Also, you want your URL on quality websites for quality back links, Google doesn't like when you "spam" your website and google is only getting much smarter with tracking how you get backlinks.

I have not really checked out that feature. I am more interested in discussions with other admins with the reward being help building content for my users.
