Information: The TorPic design was created by me for use on a project, however due to lack of time it never really kicked off. I've decided to release this skin 100% free to the public, on the term that my footer text link to "Link Typhoon" remains intact and there.

Its nice but kinda simple on the layout part and all.
The background's the part that spices it a bit.

I wouldn't use it.. But I know the type of people that would!

Thanks for the feedback 🙂 personally I love this style, and since I don't have time to use it myself, I felt it was smartest to release it free so it gets some use from some one.
