Have any of y'all ever had a touchscreen laptop? What do y'all think?
I've been playing around with my new laptop, a Dell Inspirion 13", and the touch screen is really growing on me. You can also fold the monitor back to make it like a tablet, which at first I thought would be a terrible gimmick, but actually it's pretty neat. The laptop is too heavy to actually carry around as a tablet, and as a "laptop" it feels much more balanced than as a single solid slab, but at times it can be pretty neat to fold back the screen, prop it up, and use it as if it were a tablet.
Yep! I have an HP Pavilion Sleekbook running Windows 8.1. I find myself not using the touch a lot, normally only for games and browsing websites. It works well and I like it. Touch seems the best for Windows 8 & 10 (7 seems like it would be a little more difficult to use touch on). I think it would be cool to have a touchscreen Mac though.
I have seen them never used one, but personally don't see the need. If you want a laptop you're better off getting a normal laptop. The touchscreen ones will be more expensive in most cases.
If you want a touchscreen laptop-like device it is better off getting a Tablet.
I have a touch screen laptop, I love it personally. I use it to zoom in more in most cases or when I'm being too lazy to use the touch pad. It's a nice feature in my opinion
