Your Quick Review
Pros:
This is an amazing looking forum. The design around the banner, theme throughout is just spectacular. Wonderful color choices, everyhting just blows my mind at first glance. Though, it might be just a little too slim, but it still looks great.
The board icons are pretty epic. Very well matches the overal theme, as well. But, one thing I think might really help on the very slim forum; is maybe downsizing these icons by 1/2, maybe even smaller, by 2/3s. It'll still be easy to tell what each one means, and will help add a little more room, especially to your squinched up board descriptions, which I'll get into.
Cons:
First of all, with the width being so slim, there are some things that are affected by this. Like the guest message. Sure, it's good to get some info about the forum out, but there's too much text, and the way it's displayed just makes it look even longer, and less interested in reading.
If anything, I would remove this portion; which is pretty self explanatory with any forum on the internet. And, I'm not sure how they're suppose to contact you as a guests? But, if they're into forum theme making; posting and sharing graphics, I'm sure they know how to register on a forum.

Also, as much as I prefer well writtne out board descriptions. You may wanna consider shortening down some of them that go over 4 or more lines.
The advertisement at the bottom is very unappealing. Nothing you can do about an ad being placed on the forum; but I'm sure there's some global resizing code that should affect everything, the board size, and the ad size. It just looks really awful how it is diaplyed; overstretching acorss the forum; even causing it to scroll to the right to see all of the ad.
I also think you have a gew extra unecessary boards. Like, Arcade Talk, can include anything on the arcade. Including all the boards listed below it. AOTW will only have one topic per week. Why not just use a sub-board, or sticky thread each week? Not just the Arcade section, but there are a few other boards I think you don't need, that can be combined into other boards. Just another example from the graphics section, Graphics Gifts. I don't even understand what this is for. Why is someone going to make a topic, saying someone can have something. don't they usually recieve it in the grapics request section? Also, wouldn't graphics programs be able to be discussed in graphics talk? I understand it helps other to find their way around; but the forum is just starting out. So keep things simpler, and once certain subjects get plenty of discussion, then it'll be good to get them their own board.
Sub-boards work really well, also. The titles still apears on the main page as a link, and when they're active enough, you just move them to the index page.
Final/General Thoughts:
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The forum design. I'm sure it came from somewhere, but it's still amazing. If you did design this, then that's even more amazing.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The width was just too slim. And cause issues with other things on the forum. The ad banner at the bottom, clearly being the eyesore of what would be a perfectly flawless forum design.
Final Score : 7 - (Out of 10)
