Toxic Hosting - Quality Hosting

Where did you get the idea for the name? A host being "toxic" isn't really a good thing, in my opinion. 😛

Forgot, but there weren't many hosting related domains, so I was thinking of graphics that can be associated with it, and the toxic symbol was easy to work with.

You could be super toxic and radiated and be a giant, like a hosting giant. 😛

Hmm, well you better come up with a solid reason. 😛 My personal pet peeve is people who come up with random and unrelated names for a site and append some related word to the end. Example:

ImperialPromotion (A promotion forum name I made up. Probably exists.)
Chipmunk Host (A web host, which probobly doesn't exist)
DeadlyForum (forum software example)

I guess I have been guilty of that before myself, though. 😛

But GoDaddy charges $1

As you can see here: https://www.godaddy.com/domains/search.aspx (then go to the "check out our low prices" tab, you can see it will cost $0.89 for the first year, then $5.44 the next, then $6.95 then next etc etc.

We only charge $3.90 for each year.

@Cosmic, ok then. To make a suitable graphic for the site, I needed something clear and simple in design. I looked around at different designs and saw the toxic sign and I though Toxic Hosting would be a nice name. Ta da!

You have quite a bit of disk space to offer on all your plans, but your bandwidth is sort of lacking, generally. Paid 3 has the highest bandwidth, but that is unlimited. Judging on the amounts your other packages give, I would judge that the "cutt-off" for "ultimated" wouldn't be too far beyond paid 2. Your disk space you offer is first class though, but I doubt that anyone would need as much as is offered in the paid plans with that little bandwidth.

Something along these lines:

1. Keep a ratio of bandwidth / disk space which is something like 3:1 at least. Even if it means decreasing the disk space, it's best to keep the bandwidth a great deal higher.

2. Never use the word "unlimited", specially at your age (not you yourself, but your company's).

3. The differences between post to host and free are too menial.

4. State how many databases you offer. I don't think it says anywhere.

5. Can you give more details on reseller hosting?

6. Get a more customized client area. It looks very default.

Concerning 2: "unlimited bandwidth", for example, is never unlimited. Just try joining any host with an offer like that (say, HostGator) and using up a couple TB of bandwidth. Before long you will be suspended for "over CPU usage". No server can provide unlimited bandwidth or diskspace, and in fact no 10 servers can either. Thus, there must be a limit somwhere.

Concerning 4: I see, but you should probably include that in more prominent locations. (also I doubt clients will need that many. 20 databases usually is good for about anything).

Concerning 5: The page concerning "reseller" on your website does not specify what features you offer and any possible account caps. Example: do you offer WHM for resellers?

Just to butt my 2 sense into this.

for 1. do you mean like if disk space is 500 MB we could place bandwidth at 1500 MB (never good with ratio's)

and for 2. what about unmetered, even though we do meter it, the limit is set to about 1000 MB more then the plan below (so paid 3 is 1000 MB more then paid 2 and same with reseller) and if any client does need more we boost then up 500 mB to 1000 MB more (but I doubt they will need more) but do you suggest I take off unmetered/unlimited and put the limited amount that's in WHMCS

and for 5. thanks for pointing that out. I actually totally forgot to add that to the information. (ill actually edit the whmcs packages to say it includes whm)

4. what do you mean they should be labled as "Mysql databases" on the whmcs order page unless I put it different
