Pros
Usually I would say that your forum had too many boards for its size, but as it is a roleplay board I am actually going to say that it doesn't. The TPL Desk could really be one board for now, but as soon as the forum picks up you are just going to end up seperating them again so I don't see the point in merging them. The main roleplay section contains the basic boards that all roleplay forums need which is great. I don't know if with a new forum I would allow my members to run their own roleplays as this would take away the activity from the rest of the forum, maybe remove this for now, but it is a great idea for later on. All in all you have a good idea going here though.
Cons
This forum really doesn't appeal to me in many ways, the site looks very simple and dark themes have never been my choice. The bright greens and yellows of the logo really jump out at me too and it just becomes a bit of an eye sore for me to read. Had I not been reviewing this forum I would of already closed the tab. The second text, Land Terran Land Grid Land Explore I assume is meant to be some kind of menu. First off the text is very difficult to read with the pattern you have added to the top and the contrast between light and dark. It also looks like an announcement text, not a menu. Adding an a::hover effect and maybe some seperatots between each would make them look more like buttons and less like an odd sentence or advertisment. This is obviously some kind of roleplay forum, the board icons you could change for something that reflects the roleplay a bit more, the folders you have currently don't tell me anything about the forum. 100 posts in a month really isn't that much either, even if your forum is very new you as an admin could make a lot more than that. On the theme, the bottom bar with the staff list and such doesn't fit into the theme properly which looks really odd. For a forum this small you don't need any staff, having a moderator and two admins is over doing it a bit.
Final/General Thoughts
A very new forum which makes it very hard to comment on many things. I get the feel that this is an extra project due to the little that has happened in the month that has passed since the forum opened. You have some good ideas though and with some time, effort and dedication you will easily get this forum off its feet.
