Do you or have you used a trackball mouse? How'd you like it?
I just got one a few days ago, a Logitech M570, and I really like it so far even though it takes some getting use to. It uses a thumb scroll instead of a normal two or three finger scroll but I find that reduces fatigue in my hands and wrists. The buttons are all customizable through their drivers as well, and there are webpage forward and back buttons too which have come in handy.
