Tracking expenses & income

Do you track your forums expenses and income? How do you track it?

I don't really track anything right now because there's no huge expenses besides the regular hosting, domain renewals, etc.. and as far as income I just look at the Adsense website. I guess if my forum had a lot of income and expenses I'd track them in a spreadsheet.
 
I have kept track of most of the expenses. I just track if by memory and I can also login to my e-mail and get all the information from there.
 
I love working with spreadsheets. The best thing about them is the fact that you can have it auto-calculate your figures.
 
Spreadsheets. :heart: They are amazingly helpful and a huge plus is the fact it can auto calculate all the numbers taking the effort of adding them away. :lol:

I have however heard of a service that tracks and monitors it all though, I forgot the name of it but it seemed like a pretty awesome service. 😱
