Trading forum for custom theme

I am trading my forum Admin Chatter for a custom phpbb3 theme for my other site (they have fairly similar niches so I decided to close one down). I have no money so I cant offer anything else.

Also off-topic,

Its best you lock registration for now until you found new owner and delete all remaining spam accounts. As AC as got some by now.
