Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I’m fairly indifferent on your forum’s appearance. On one end, it’s simple and isn’t flashing with annoying stuff. On the other hand, it’s fairly bland and there’s nothing special about it. Well, let’s start at the top. Your logo doesn’t match your skin and the logo itself is very bland. It could be duplicated with the correct colors, in like, two minutes. In all honestly though, go for something wider and more…exciting. I did like the fact your skin is fluid. I have a wide monitor myself, so I can appreciate it works no matter what monitor you use. However, your skin is nothing special. The colors are very bland, using gray everywhere is not the best decision in the world. Also, I’ve seen the skin on other forums, and you really haven’t customized it for your forum at all. All in all, if you want to look into getting a new skin, I wouldn’t oppose.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Ugh, dude, you have WAY too many forums. Seriously. For a forum that recently opened, in some forums you have TWO levels of subforums. That is really unneeded. In fact, you really don’t have a need for the first level of subforums. Having an entire Google forum? I mean, really, how much conversation is going to come out of that? Some of these forums don’t even have any posts in them at all. For example, in your Admin discussions forum, get rid of all the subforums. There is no need for them at all, in fact all but one of them have 0 posts. It makes things difficult to find and just looks ridiculous to have subforums and unneeded forums all over the place. Also, you seem to have tried to take elements from other promotion forums and then mashed them all together. The Admin, “Parcel” tem, and Review team all have the same usergroup colors as FP. The forum layout itself looks like a lot of other ones. You need MAJOR layout renovations. Also, if I clicked “Profile” as a guest on someone’s post, the error screen is completely broken.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
I honestly have no clue how to judge a “re-opened” forum with posts flying around from old times. I’m going to assume your board was first opened around August? Most old posts are from there. I have no clue when you closed so this is difficult. I will say that you do seem to get at least a few posts everyday. However, some of your boards have no posts or haven’t had them for months. Also, a TON of posts have been done by staff (maybe 500 or so), so gloating about 1,000 posts isn’t really fair when most weren’t made by just regular users.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Well I started by looking at, naturally, your review service. It was honestly, well, a joke. I hate to put it that way, but based off your one completed review, I could not believe what I saw. First off, it’s a full review and the review looked like it took less than 5 minutes. I’m serious, I’m honestly scared to find out what a Quick Review would be like. No attempts at proper grammar were made in the review, and it was about as short as they come. Also, the entire staff seems to be disconnected from each other. Take a look here:

They should be thoroughly discussed first. Also, certain staff members made really random posts, and most staff members made no attempt to spell correctly. Staff members should represent the site and when they don’t type professionally, it makes your forum look bad and just thrown together. You need to make changes, soon. (And honestly, what is with that package that’s been sitting there uncompleted since SEPTEMBER?)

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I’m just going to pretend in this section the errors in posts didn’t exist, I’m going to focus on the board descriptions.

But make sure you read the forum rules!” should be, “Welcome to Traffic Masters! In this forum, you can read all the latest announcements of our forum. Read about new mods installed or new services, but make sure you read the forum rules!”
“Do you think we need to add, remove, or edit something in our board. Suggest it here! We won't you to tell us what we need to improve.” should be, “Do you think we need to add, remove, or edit something in our board? Suggest it here! We want you to tell us what we need to improve.”
“Have a website you want to share to the community. Share it here! Create your own presentation! Add whatever details you want in your presentation. Make sure you follow the guidelines in the forum rules. Get way for the other people to actually know a little bit more about your website!” should be, “Have a website you want to share to the community? Share it here! Create your own presentation! Add whatever details you want in your presentation. Make sure you follow the guidelines in the forum rules. This is a good way for the other people to actually know a little bit more about your website!”
I think you get the idea. Just fix up the board descriptions, run them through a grammar check if needed.

Final Remarks: I hate to sound harsh, but your forum really was not good, at all.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? I would honestly just renovate the entire forum and make it, well, look professional and make it look like something people should want to join.
