Traffic Master's needs your help, we are in a crisis where we have practically no posting happening, whereas other promotion forums that are brand new have nearly the same stats in a week, do you have any suggestions for Traffic Master's?

For starters, Traffic Masters is the correct way - remove the apostrophe, it's a simple and immature mistake. You have no logo, for starters, which is bad. Your Link Cloud looks a bit messy, bit it fits in well enough. You have WAY too many forums. If you want, I can suggest a way you can format your forums and subforums.

CHANGES
Instead of 7 Categories, you now have 5.
Corrections have been made to spelling and grammar.
The forum 'New Service Coming Soon!' is removed until this service is added.
The Graphics category has been changed to one forum, and the old category removed.
You have less forums and more subforums.
Your forums aren't too precise, and a wider range of topics can be posted.

I don’t like the style you’re using because the colors are ugly and it too wide. Also the banner is too simple.

Get a better host, the forum is slow.
Get a new theme.

You need to start a forum with an active userbase, you can't just post a few links and hope people will come and stay.

You need people that you have met on another forum to come with you, create some posts - so that your new users have an active enviroment to enter. They see it is busy, and think "hmm, nice place - I am going to stick around!".

Plus your theme is not very inviting, try making it blue - that welcomes people.

Don't know what you think about it, but the Hermes theme is one that I really like. Saw it used on a forum before and thought it looked cool. Although you may prefer lighter forum themes (as it's a darker one)

I'm a big fan of your current style, and adding a bit more to the banner would make it look great. With the link cloud, try making everything go to the centre (looks a lot nicer and more professional) and change the colours to something less bright that will fit in with your colour scheme.
