Someone here posted this site looks like a scam its self as the design is poor however it does seem to work, is this considered black hat? It is bad for your business? For the short term possibly no, anyone have an opinion on this?
It sounds like a traffic exchange program. I think as long your not modifying your website with "hidden text, keyword stuffing in the meta tags, spamming other sites, and other sneaky stuff like domain redirection by buying a ton of domains and redirecting it to your site" it is not consider black hat.
However, you might get banned by Adsense, Adbrite, and most advertising programs since they don't allow autosurf and autoclick programs since users are not finding your website in a natural way or clicking your ads in a natural way.
Your web host might complain as well since auto-surf programs can use a lot of bandwidth.
