If I opened a small adspace how much do you feel I should charge weekly/monthly

I would say $5-10 monthly unless your stats have improved since that screenshot?

You could try and sell it. We are in the process marketing Dairy Farm Simulator at the moment to more people behind the project. I think you need more traffic otherwise those ads won't be affective.

I would pay $0.50-1.00 atm the moment.

It shows like you were getting traffic from the forum posters or something, if you are getting from search engines then your traffic will be equivalent every day and in your graph shows lots of difference.
I would say $2 per month.
