From where you plan to redirect traffic to your website? If its from this forum, then there are lots of ways. You will need to be an active member on this forum and get approved for signature links. This forum also contain various advertisements sections where you can post your ads and also buy packages to gain traffic for your website.

Actually, you can set ads on google or facebook or other social netwwork which can lead other to your website
