Transferring a database

So, I have a phpbb forum hosted for free in prophpbb named DragonForum.
I'd like to merge it with my MyBB forum.
The problem is, I have no idea how to.
I can get the database, sure. I can convert it to mybb, sure.
But I wanna know if it only imports the threads and topics or the forums, themes and other things to. Also, I don't know how to import it.

Please help?
