Design Quality:
I am a huge fan of the design quality of the website. The them looks really good. Everything does seem to be loading a bit slow for me, though. Although, it fixes itself if I leave it sitting for a few minutes then come back to the page and try again. If anyone else is having issues with loading, you should probably look into what's causing this issue. I like how all of the colors on them theme blend together. It looks really nice. As I go on down the home page, there are a few sentences that don't make much sense to me. I really think you should go back and proof read everything on your site again to make sure it is all spelled/worded how it should be.

Website Usability:
I think your website is easy to use. Everything is displayed clearly on the main page like what to click to be able to do certain things and how to sign up. All of the links that I have clicked seem to be working as well. There are a few things I'd like to say about the support center, but I'll skip over that since you asked me to. I am still noticing typos and sentences that are worded wrong on a couple of other pages too. As I said above, you should go back and make sure everything is spelled/worded correctly. Other than that, I don't have anything else to say here.

Have you considered getting someone to spell-check and correct the grammar on your website?

I've managed to spot quite a few errors with wording, etc..

If you want that fixed, feel free to send me a PM, and I'll bring these things to light and get them corrected.

Quick question, is the theme on your support forum supposed to have all that blank blue space, where the last post area is located on the forum index? If not, it might help if you can figure a way to fill in it more with the white, so that the blue isn't overpowering.
