Do you install additional language packs or add a translation tool onto your forums for multicultural users or do you just focus on one specific language?
My website has an system built in for that, however I added one before and messed it up. Well didn't messed it up but had to spend weeks adding the new wards.
Yet, now I can get an language packs from IPS marketplace and add it to my board
I have a few of the common language packs installed: Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, and Afrikaans but I also welcome members to request a pack be installed if they would like. It's a quick addition so it isn't a problem. Part of my forums niche is languages so there are already different languages spoken everywhere throughout the forum, and others are there to learn English so they don't switch to their native language.
We don't bother since we kinda expect that our users speak English. We have had people join us over the years to help improve their English by making friends to converse with.
