transparent & revision on avatar+ rep buttons

Reputation + button = try to make it as unique as possible showing thats its positive reputation

Basically i need 2 new reputation buttons 1 for - and 1 for + both transparent background size 15x15
Then i need 17 avatar images in here http://boardtalk.net/forum/download/file.php?id=87 changed.
I need the background of all of them transparent & a revision of the image to an hi-tech version.
Dont remove the word "No avatar" in them

Looks good, it would be good if you can make the + inside sign to be more whiter so easier to see the plus.
Beside that everything looks great.

yeah for the avatars i want all the background transparent
And also a revision of them to more like technology type
