Imo, being that 'organised' will not help you. Too many boards are likely to put people off.

I recommend making some into subforums and hiding forums like the staff room from non staff members.

Suggestion: Initiate a limit on signatures on the forum... A one sentence post takes up most of my 21" monitor -~- just because of signatures.
