What kind of template is it? I mean do you make it in photoshop and then slice it or do you create the whole thing in HTML and CSS?

Um this one I just made in Photoshop. I don't know how to slice, but if I did I would do it. I have the .psd if anyone wants it.

I'll try to make up a tutorial for slicing and saving a PSD for web. This method does not create W3C compliant pages but is quite handy for small sites.
