So, having taken the time to look over your forum, I have to say I like what I see. The overall layout and design is professional and clean. The structure of the boards and the categories works well for your forum niche. Design wise, the colors work well together. The biggest issue I see, based on preference, is that the board width is too narrow.
Suggestions:
1. Extend the board's width. As it sits right now, the wrapper around the boards is too small, but this is a personal preference.
2. The Logo seems really fuzzy to me. It's not crisp and clear as it should be. By fuzzy, I mean it seems a bit blurred, both the logo image and the text for the logo. I'd consider a redesign of the logo to make it more presentable.
3. On the navigation bar, where the actual links are, you should add a hover option. I did notice that the gray, descriptive text has a hover color of white. What I'm suggesting is maybe make the dark blue background behind the links and description, highly with a slightly lighter blue than the current background color as it'll increase the depth of your forums design.
