Trojans viruses and maleware

Alright Well just recently i had to get rid of av security suit one of the ones that hold your pc hostage until you buy there product. I have no idea were it came from ok i have some what of an idea. Please tell me if im wrong in doing this. So i decided to add a website blocker to my computer because my gf my step sis my mom and step dad use this computer. I warned and warned them to be careful but know they click things and what ever. I tired of having someone or me to remove theme its so tiring.

Use Microsoft Security Essentials. Works wonders. Also set up different accounts with internet restrictions on the pc.

it does i do have it cant find them all or stop em but im tired of it its been going on for years and years

Just do a full operating system reinstall. It will fix everything.

There are free security tools out there.

AVG, Avast, Anti-Vir, Microsoft Security Essentials

At least this way you have protection from a virus, or other malicious software, cause even when your careful, they can still lurk.

There's a wonderful thing called Spybot Search & Destroy. Can be found here. It automatically add like 1000s of bad sites to your hosts file and you can scan for malware and stuff. Hope I helped. 🙂
