Trouble Accessing the Forum

Heya FP Community,

We understand that there are some people who are having issues accessing Forum Promotion due to a CloudFlare issue; while some members can access the forum just fine.

We are currently working with CloudFlare, as well as our hosting provider, to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we have heard some users able to access the forum via a proxy. While this is normally against the Forum Promotion Guidelines, you may access the forum via a proxy until the issue is resolved.

In the mean time you could pause cloudlfare. That should solve the access issue as connections will go direct to the server. It will just use Cloudflare for DNS which shouldn't be a problem.

I would just like to post an update on this. I have temporarily paused cloudflare as a lot of members seem to have problems accessing our forum.

Sorry for using a proxy, didn't mean to break the rules. Here in about an hour or so I will clear all history, cache, saved passwords...etc and reboot my PC along with my router to try connecting to the forums and see if that helps.

Thats fine for now. Yeah, try it in about an hour and it should work. If it doesn't please let me know and I will investigate the problem again.

I haven't had any problems logging in. Is this only happening to certain people?

From what I've heard, it's only affecting people that route through certain Cloudflare location. Dallas and Chicago are the place places I've heard that are having problems. Regardless, since Cloudflare is disabled, the site (should) be working for everyone now. 🙂
