The website is built on wordpress, and uses a autotrader type theme. I have made a few customizations to the theme.
You can charge for listings or offer free listings. I have it set to free listings at the moment.

I have done a few link exchanges. traffic is slowly creeping up, it really needs a few hundred listings to reach 100+ visits per day.
