Your Quick Review
Pros
+ Firstly, I like your forum's theme. It's professional, sleek, and very attractive. I'm pretty sure it's a paid theme, so I must say, money well spent. It's a great theme that could help get your forum going with a great start once you get things running.
+ Secondly, I like your layout for the most part. It's nice and simple, but there are a few things mentioned in the cons that could be worked on.
+ Thirdly, I like your "Cricket Arena" category. It's your forum's main category, and it is nice and simple. It's always good to keep your board amount has minimum as possible when you first start your forum, then you can add things as your forum grows.
+ Fourthly, I like that you already have some content on your forum. It's good to add some content before your forum opens, as you can not expect new members to be so willing to create topics.
Cons
- Firstly, I personally actually like your logo, but the 2-dimensional cricket figures don't go well with the 3-dimensional text. I think the text should stay as it is, but the cricket stuff in the logo should be changed to something that appears a little more alive.
- Secondly, you don't want to have any empty boards before your opening. You need to have everything single one of your boards with a few topics to get things started. It makes your forum look really dead when you have empty boards. You should fill up all boards, even boards like "Feedback & Suggestions."
- Thirdly, why doesn't your forum have a "Introductions" board in the first category? It may not seem like it, but it's a very important board, so it should be located at the top, in the typical location, which is the bottom board location of the top category.
- Fourthly, you have an "Other" category, and it's completely empty. There aren't any boards. You need to add those boards that you plan to have there obviously. I don't really feel like you need this category though, as the "General Discussions" category pretty much covers everything I would think could go in the category. Also, I think you should change "Sports" to "Other Sports" as I'm sure people still accidentally put cricket stuff in the board even the board description specifically says not to.
- Fifthly, you need to remove the unnecessary capitalization, especially in your board descriptions. Don't capitalize things unless it's for emphasis or if it's of course necessary. You have a lot of things capitalized for pretty much no reason. For example, "Cricket" is capitalized a lot in the board descriptions. It should not be capitalized unless it's at the beginning of a sentence.
- Sixthly, Your forum seems to be lacking essential things. For example, your forum needs a rules topic. Don't forget to add those types of topics that have important information.
Final/General Thoughts
I think your forum has a very good chance to succeed if you can stay committed and make changes where you deem necessary as time moves on. Also, don't be afraid of following the feedback of others.
You should be proud of...
Your forum's theme.
You really need to work on...
