First Impressions & Appearance
I thought the idea of it was quite good. I've heard of forums and blogs which offer the same kind of output as Rudetube (Best clips of Youtube show in the UK).
I was a bit disappointed to see that the style was still Prosilver though. You have a custom Logo (which is better than the default) but it contrasts completely and makes the rest of the forum like unattractive.
I suggest you go into the Graphics forum and request a logo, but only after you've got a new theme!
You can get some great ones from the phpBB forums, I used one from there (ProFormell) which would suit your forum perfectly and it's a really attractive theme.
On the positive end of the scale, I love the screencaps on each forum. Makes them a little slower to load but it's worth it really. It's the same type of effect as YT have themselves, so that's a great point.

Site Layout
The layout it self is okay. You have a board for every type of video, so I can't see any problems with this area of your board.

Statistics and Activity
I know you said you haven't had the time to invest in this project, but people on forums like to see activity so I'm going to have to review it as I see it unfortunately.
You've been open 2 years, and haven't broken 250 posts yet. I can see that you're getting daily posts at the moment which is great! You're certainly in the right direction, but if I was you I'd try and play it cool. Reset your "Most Online" record (because it shows that you've been open since 2009 and no activity) and then start getting some posts in via the FP Cash Exchange forum.
There are hundreds of post threads in there, but look around and PM the OP's to see if their services are still open.

Staff Moderation
As far as I can see, there isn't any spam or flamiong between members. It's a clean board but keep an eye out. BOTs love to find old boards which they think are abandoned and spam links, so keep an eye out!
