First Impressions & Appearance
First thing I see when I log on is your homepage, there is a video from Youtube which suits your theme and is good way to start off your forum. I think maybe a nice introduction could go on that homepage just to make it a bit friendlier, this could make guests move onto your forum and browse around it and even register.
Now let’s move onto your forum, your banner is not related at all to your forum, but it is hard to find or make banners related to Youtube, however you should go the extra mile the next time to try and get something related to your forum. Moving onto your skin I would have to say it is very simple very generic, I think the boards just dissolve right into the background of the skin, there is too much grey I think, and it really distracts my eyes. Forum icons are also a bit boring and I would except more color and more graphics in a Youtube forum. I like you logo it is nice and simple and suits the purpose

Site Layout
You have 18 boards and this including a sub board, I think that the test sub board is very unnecessary and seems very pointless and in my words just spam really. If you are going to have a test forum keep it away from member eyes, and just allow staff to see it. I know that it is so members can test the Youtube button but it seems quite pointless really. The layout is quite mixed up in my opinion I think that the About Youtube video forum section should be moved up to the top and you should unlock the announcements thread as well, I don’t really like to see that thread locked as members should be allowed to post comments on things you have announced. The technical forum could be merged with the support and help as they are really both the same and you could have an introduction board instead to replace it. The first section is called forum I would probably replace it with a different name it’s not the most creative. Maybe add a forum for games and other things like debating and then adding an off topic section, and then moving the general talk to it as well, as it does not suit the category it is in.

Statistics and Activity
Total posts 725 • Total topics 452 • Total members 118, these are not great statistics, if you have been opened since 2009. You need to boost you advertising campaign and your posting ability. I would expect the admin to have over 752 posts in two years. The main thing I can say in this section is that you have to post and post again members don’t come to an empty forum, members join forums so that they can discuss and enjoy the fullness of the community. I can see this nowhere on your forum, and you the admin need to do something about this. Now another thing I find is that there is little activity a lot of members have come and gone and none are really posting on the forum and you need to get them try competitions and make interesting topics , as all I can see is youtube videos, with comments like “ that is cool or that is amazing”. That isn’t a discussion but really a few words.

Staff Moderation
you have one admin and two moderators, One moderator seems to have one post which is not acceptable and I don’t why you hired him and I would suggest removing him as he must have given up on your forum. You only really need one moderator anyway as your forum is quite small. However you and your moderator should be leading the charge of posting and advertising and from what I can see this is not happening. Your post count is too low for both of you for nearly being opened two years and members look at this as a lack of respect for your forum, and if you don’t care about your forum why should the members.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
The descriptions of the boards are bit boring and bland and I would love to see them spiced up a bit. Some of the descriptions seem to be a bit rushed such as “Best video editing software, tips and tricks, how to etc is here”. And “Saving Youtube videos, best programs for that etc.” You seem to use etc too much and the descriptions fall down on it. The admin seems very professional and welcomes all the members and interacts with them as well, you seem to have great spelling and grammar.
