Who owns Tumblr these days ? It was Yahoo! who previously held it.

Do you think it is safe to use Tumblr for a casual blog ? I haven't followed it in some time. I don't want the whole thing to disappear in 6 months. Suggestions are welcome.

I assume that in near future Tumblr will be wordpress clone. So it's not worth being there anymore.

I posted on Tumblr. Thought it was okay. Always found it difficult to "engage" though.

I once had a tumblr blog but I was not active much. I never deleted my blog, therefore, I guess it is still there

I used to have a video game related Tumblr blog, but haven't used it in ages. This was when it was quite popular, but now I barely ever see people mentioning Tumblr these days.
