When there is significant turmoil among staff (i.e. many staff members resigning, getting demoted, or even getting banned), how does it affect how you view a forum?
Why do you ask?
To answer the question in all seriousness and objectively, if I go to a site that has a constant change of staff, I wonder if the workload is too much and people get burned out? Demotions happen when people aren't doing the job they were hired to do, commit rule violations or have overstepped their bounds. Banning happens when emotions get out of control and the member acts in an inappropriate manner that is harmful to other members or the site.
Above all, we have to remember that staff on every site want what's best for its membership and for the sake of the site.
If it's a business site, they want to look as professional as possible. I don't view them as unprofessional because members are human and react in human ways that cause them to quit, get removed, etc....
