Your Quick Review
Pros:
The first thing that stole my attention when loading the page was the banner. It is simple, modern, and fits in well with the theme. Also just underneath that the menu bar, it is also very simple, and modern, and very sleek. It's also good to see you haven't filled the menu with Random Links.
I really like the layout of your forum, you don't have too many boards, but you still have a wide range of forums on specific subjects, which is good.
You have nice stats, for being a few weeks old, but they could be a little bit better, as Television is widely used throughout the world, and is very popular. If you are just advertising here, I would suggest advertising at maybe some Specific Television show related forums, like say about Futurama or Family Guy.
Cons:
The theme is putting me off quite a bit, the blue streak through the header at the top isn't quite right where it is, it looks like the creator of the theme tried to add something when it wasn't needed.
Secondly, I noticed there was 1 grammatical error throughout your board, such as
Discussion cartoons, from Spongebob to The Simpsons. Also, on the forum description's, many start with
Discuss and end with
here., maybe you could pull out a Thesaurus, or search online for one, and try and change around the sentence and the word's, as it sounds very repetitive if a Guest is trying to figure out what goes where. Also, you have very short description's, this can be both good and bad, but makes the index look empty.
Thirdly, I noticed that your New Post/Unread Post icon's were very long and skinny. It sort of works, but to me it extends the board longer than it should be, it isn't major, but a Guest might not be happy if your board is just that little bit longer.
Final/General Thoughts: I think your forum has good potential, a better theme would be nice, but you do have potential.
What was most liked about the website/forums: I like, as I said, the main layout and ordering of the forums, and also you have some nice stats, but they could be a bit better.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: I dont like the theme, especially the bar at the top, with the "random" blue bar through it, I would suggest a theme if I knew some good ones.
