I think the name is a little bit long, for starters. It's a catchy name, but may be difficult for some people to remember. Even though the 4 words are small, most site names usually have two words or less, because it's easier to remember 2 words than it is 4.
The layout of the site is nice and clean. I'm a bit 'iffy' about that banner though. It could look a lot more professional. Really, the only 'tv' thing in it is that television, which unfortunately just looks like a piece of computer-default clip art. The font is kinda annoying as well. The multiple colours give it a 'kiddy' look, which I don't thing caters to the audience you intend to get. (You audience will probably be teens, 13 and higher, depending on which television shows are discussed).
Another problem I have is the tag section and whether it is actually necessary. If you want to keep it, go ahead, but I have a problem with some of them being a ridiculously large font, especially when the actual content of your site is in a lesser font. Make them less 'in your face' and it would be better, IMO.
