So as you can see its rising and I have not really done any promotion. You could also add ads to it to gain some revenue from it.

Well... website owners can visit Tweet Websites and submit their website to the database. It the shows up on the home page for as long as it takes for 10 more people to submit their website, so its to promote your website.

What are the admin features on the site? E.g. can you set it so that links must be approved before they display on the site?

The script that it is running on is one that I made in a matter of hours. It does not have any admin features.
