There is no requirement for an amount of followers. You can have 1 follower.

I did get inspiration from Fergal's website.

60,000 posts shouldn't be too long away. I've done a lot of advertising and link building, it should kick in soon.

You have to post that you made a tweet. You are allowed to tweet about the site once per 24 hours. Every time you tweet about the site you should post the twitter status URL in the thread so I can track it. The more times you tweet, the better chance you have of winning.

I would say no longer than 3-4 months. I've made several forums with over 300,000 posts so I know what I am talking about.
