The reason I'm selling these two domains and everything with them is, because I've decided that it would be better if I focus everything into one project and make it great instead of having several mediocre projects - I simply acted too soon when purchasing these two domains.

The theme is already designed and it was before I even bough the domains. However the theme is not coded and I have no intention of doing so at current time (too busy).
