Dogtags is a COD series inspired theme. It has a military feel to it and it was originally designed for a gaming community. It comes nicely structured so its very easy to navigate and customize it if needed.

Project 7
Project 7 is a very professional theme design which was originally intended for a hosting company, but it could be used on virtually any forum regardless of its niche. It comes with two separate PSD files, one for each page (index & postbit).
Theme was originally designed by Rhydian Davies. However I own all the rights to the design.

The first one could be coded in an hour and the second in about 2, btw, awesome themes 🙂

I'm able to code both themes, but I'm not willing to. Therefore they come only as a PSD.

Even with the design coded I'll have no use for it whatsoever. That's why I never coded the designs that I've sold and the design I'm selling.

I'm not interested in spending money for someone to code a design that might not even get sold.

If you were offering your service for free, then I don't feel right charging for something that I didn't pay for - its like if I'd steal from you.
