If so I need some help with a couple of fonts in a wordpress theme.

I'm not happy with the fonts. Looking to find someone who might have a good idea on optimizing it.

Imo, all you would need to change is the logo font. If you wanted to keep that same style, try Hand of Sean, great font.

I dont want to change the logo font. I need to change the font of the blog posts and title.

Helvetica Neue is a good font, why change?

You never can go wrong with "arial" I think.
