England was a rollercoaster of a match but nice to get a win over the Swedes at last 🙂
 
I think England are defying all the odds, they could go all the way, I still think it will be a Spain v Germany final though

England was just awful in that match. 30% possession...obviously they weren't going to score. Then they have two defenders take penalty kicks. Their goalie was pretty weak too.
 
England got as far as they could with the quality they had, we have two years to work on the issues and try and get a step further.
 
That is the British team and those that went to the euros will not be taking part plus no one really cares about olympic football.
 
I believe that the olympic football will lift future players for England, I wouldn't say that no-one cares about olympic football. Olympic football is a great way for players that don't get many chances to really show themselves and I am really looking forward to it.
 
A lot of English people view is that the Olympics should be the highlight of ones career, in football it is not hence why no one is that fussed, also its a one game deal and the chances of us winning are slim.

as for the Olympics I am not a big fan of them either.

Well considering I have Italy and Germany; one of my teams is going out tonight. But one will be in the final!
