Appearance
The homepage look is pretty intriguing. I like the logo and that all of the text is clear and concise, easy on the reader. The drop-down menus are helpful so that there isn't a whole bunch of clicking to get to places. I like the font and colors chosen here. The "Featured Posts" shown are pretty nice and its the perfect size in my opinion. It's not too large or wide that it takes up a lot of it. And it makes the site professional. There's a lot of images that make the site very lively and not dull at all. So overall I think the appearance is very good and virtually nothing to improve in that area!
Layout
The layout is pretty good. Again, I like how there's pictures in every post that gives a clear idea of what the topic is about without actually reading it. One thing I'd point out though is that on the homepage, I'd definitely cut down on the number of latest posts to display. You have 20 in a single page! This is a lot of scrolling for a person to do which might be the only hassle. So I'd consider only featuring about 5 to 7 of the latest posts that way there's not so much white space on the side as well.
I also wasn't sure if this was intentional or not but you wrote "Tips AN Tricks" instead of "Tips AND Tricks". Unless it was just a slight typo, I wasn't really understanding that one. I do like that there's a lot of Twitter follows and facebook likes so it shows that you're definitely getting a good amount of traffic heading towards your site, so keep it up! Other than those, your layout is fine.
First Impressions and Interest
I actually had a very good first impression of the site. The name might've been a little unoriginal, sounds like I might've heard it somewhere else. But the look of the site makes it seem pretty professional and I like that. I also like how there's a lot of rich content, explained below, that expounds on the technology topics so well and thoroughly and these definitely will spark interest in a lot of other people. There's a lot of potential to grow the site already.
I noticed that there are a couple of places in which the site isn't fully finished yet (The about page is blank so far) so I know that the place is still in progress. However, I'm hoping this will be accomplished so that people can know a little more about what your site is and how people can utilize it. It's very nice and simple of a website.
Content
Very very good. A thing that is essential to sites like these are that they need to be adorned with accompanying images. You've nailed this area down. There's very good, interesting, and rather lengthy topics that are nice to read. The reviews are also at par. I'd like to see more though! It's so good! There's only 2 reviews and one "Tips and tricks" post so I'd really like to see more of those in the future. It'd also help to balance the site out more so that it's not too focused on one area of the site. Overall, the content is doing very well and it's consistent throughout.

It's a very neat site. Technology can be a wonderful concept to talk about and there's a lot you can do with it. I'm hoping that you as well will do lots of things to contribute and make your site unique. What makes your site different from the other technology sites?
