I picked up a job last week after months of unemployment. It wasn't ideal: didn't pay that great and wasn't very entertaining, but it paid the bills.
Anyway, I was working in a bank. Nothing special, just a clerk. The social interaction as my favourite part about it. I was always around people. The job itself? Don't enjoy that so much.
You could probably imagine how annoyed I was when I was fired. It was thanks to some b*tch complaining to the manager. She was an octogenarian - about 85 years old - and she came up to me to ask to check her balance. I agreed to help her; I was, after all, the clerk.
So I come out from behind my desk and push her over to check her balance, just like she asked. Then she has the nerve to complain to my manager. I mean... WHAT THE F!*@?!?!?! I didn't do anything wrong!
I hate life right now.
