Number Of Members: (6/10)
Your forum started on Thu Apr 10, 2008 4:52 pm, In that time you have got 19 members. Since your forum is a promotion forum I would have expected you to have members before now, as advertising forum need lots of members for people to have a chance of getting there site seen.
Number Of Active Members: (4/10)
You have about 8 active members out of your 19 members, again, as this is a promotion forum I would expect your members to be more active. The thing is your forum has all the services all other promotion forums offer, this needs to change, you need to offer services that you have made your self and that is only on your forum.
You also need to get more active members by giving them a reason to stick around, maybe hold some contest with prizes and other things like that, maybe install some mods like an arcade mod, or a chat room, just something to keep members around.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (3/10)
You have 527 post on your forum, but it seems that all your admin and mods have made most of the post. This is still ok, but you need your normal members to post just as much, everything I have said above should help in trying to get members to post more.
Appearance (First Impressions):(14/20)
Your forum skin is not that bad, nice, bright and easy on the eyes. Your logo is not that nice, it seems stretched. Maybe you could go to the graphics at forum promotion and request a new one, logos is one of the things that your forum gets judged on and if your logo is bad people will not think much more of your forum.
Layout: (10/20)
The layout seems fine, you have made good use of sub-forums. You have the layout that a lot of promotion forums use, maybe change it a bit to make yours different.
Moderation:(5/10)
You have way to much moderation 3 admins and loads of mods. For the amount of members you have you don't need any mods, you 3 man admin team would be fine. It seems that you may have hired mods just so that you got more members and ones that post.
Activity:(2/10)
On the whole the activity on your forum is quite bad, you need to follow the advice I have provided above.

From what I can see the spelling and grammar is quite good, theres not much more I can say here.
