Your Forum Review

First Impressions - (Out of 20)
I'm always a fan of these glossy/transparent skins, and your site was no excpetion when I first arrived. I love the skin. Your banner matches the theme nicely. It definitely looks great at the top on first impression. Scrolling down though, there are some issues. I'll talk about those in the layout section. None of them were bad enough to make me not like your forum or not want to visit it. Overall, the first impression wasn't bad.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As I mentioned above, glossy skins are always good. They look modern and is visually appealing. I could keep talking about this, but that won't do much. In the case where I like things, but there are some things that need improvement, I'm going to go ahead and point out what I don't like. Assume that everything else was great. It's the bottom of your skin that's broken. First off, you have no member or post count on the index (or at least one I can see) which is a bit annoying. Next, there's this "<% POSTS %>" thing appearing at the bottom, which is obviously indicative that something is broken. And then finally, you have four blocks at the bottom that aren't used for anything. "Block 1", "Block 2", doesn't look professional, and is pretty useless unless you're actually going to use them. Those were my main complaints.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
With the lack of a visible member or post count, this is a bit harder to judge. I know you have at least 200+ members though, and for a forum your age, that's amazing. None of your forums lack posts, and most have them have tons, so I have no complaints in the statistics area.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I understand you have quite a few members, but 4 admins plus 2 global mods?! You're an advertisement forum so having the Review Team | Package Staff | Graphics Staff | UA President | VIP Member groups are fine, but really, how can you need that many admins? Most forums have 1 or 2. Then adding 2 global mods to that, you're overstaffed. That might seem a little intimidating to new members and see 3 or so admins online at once. (Which is the number I saw when I was browsing your forum.)

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
Your spelling and grammar was neither good nor bad. It was in the "OK" range. Let me show some of the issues on your board descriptions. "Need to find some staff, you can post it here." should probably be "Need to find some staff? You can post it here." as it's a quesion. Then "Or Share ideas with other admins/mods." should be "Or share ideas with other admins/mods." and even at that I'm not sure how correct it is to start a sentence with or. "Have you reached a significant point on your forum or added a new skin. Post it here!" should be "Have you reached a significant point on your forum or added a new skin? Post it here!" because it's a question. "Get yourself some Free Cpanel Hosting." should be "Get yourself some free cPanel Hosting." as you had multiple issues there. "Get your affitiate image in the bottom " should have a period at the end. "
Come here to get your site showcased on every page for 1 Week!" should not have week capitalized. Finally, "Win Cash And Prizes For More Info, Click Here!" should be "Win cash And prizes. For more info, click here!" Your staff's posts though were fine for the most part.

Total Score - (Out of 100)

Final Remarks: You have an active forum, but your site can be a bit intimidating for newcomers.

What was most liked about the website/forums: The skin, the activity, the fact you're providing good services to people.

What was disliked most about the website/forums: The grammar and amount of staff.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? Let me have more time in the day. Seriously, I would still join your site despite these but I still strongly suggest you fix them.

"Thank you very much great review, do i give you the FP cash?"

You can, or it will be deducted from you later, doesn't really matter. -🙂-

"Also did you join ?"

Sorry, I didn't. Reviewed it by looking through your forum as a guest.

We do have a member and post count on the Site Portal which there is a link too on the header. We have 251 members and 9937 posts.

thedudeman - Oh come now. You're far too picky when it comes to grammar, and I say this as an English teacher. Surely you wouldn't think less of a forum for lack of a period, and if you would, then surely you would endeavor to correct roadly's grammar accurately.

I beg to differ.

As someone who used to review forums on a regular basis, I always corrected spelling.

Why would he ignore spelling errors? There's not one thing I hate more as a guest than seeing spelling or grammar mistakes as a guest. And, as a reviewer- it's his job to look at all the flaws and correct them.

That's the whole point of getting a review ... it's not to see how high your score will be, or how much praise we give a forum. It's what the reviewer believes works, and doesn't work. Then, we simply suggests and comment on what, we believe, will make the forum much more professional looking.

And, spelling and grammar are VERY crucial on the professional outlook of a forum; to staff, members, and guests .... and especially, from the reviewer.
