Im going to let this slide since I finished the review, but you have to wait an extra week to request your next review which means you have to wait 5 weeks instead of 4.
Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I notice is the banner. I don't really like the banner, but its fine. Another thing that I see is that half of the forum is cut off of my screen. Im running widescreen and should be able to see the whole forum, but the right part of the forum is cut off. If that is on pourpose, I would fix it because it makes me feel like there is something missing and left out. One more thing that gets on my nerves is the big News Flash scroller. I would at least get the text size to a normal size, like 12 or 14. That way, the News Flash isn't the only thing they see.
On the other hand, I like the positioning of the chat box and the ads (I would remove them if possible) and the affliate images at the very bottom. That is a good place to put them.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout of the site is good, but its the forum I want to talk about. The first thing I would change would be the category positioning. I would move the "UA Services" up one above the "Forum Resources". You want your services to be a highlight of your forum. Im not saying that it should be what your forum is all about, but it should be a highlight. I would also merge "Other Services" with "UA Services". You offer them, so they both should be in the same place. "UA President", what is that? It looks like a place for the owner to make announcements. I think those should go in the "Announcements/Updates" forum. So, you have a lot to improve before you will start fully operating.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
First of all, I cant grade this section well because you have no place that tells people the Statistics of your forum! I have no idea how many members, posts, etc you have on your fourm. The only part I can grade is the activity. The activity on your forum is Okay, but the Community team's activity is horrible. NOne of your Comm team has logged on in the past 24 hours! Overstaffed (which I will get to soon) and not even active. That is defantly a place to improve.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
My favorite section to write because I get to hold peoples hand and go through the dangers of overstaffment. First, lets take a walk down Admin Street. The first point I would like to make is that you have FOUR, yes FOUR (4) Admins. This is a HUGE NO-NO. You shouldn't even have Three. I would go with Two at the MOST. Woah, you have too many. Next, is the Community Team. Your Comm Team is okay exept for the fact that none of them have been online in the past 24 hours. Talk about Staff Inactivity. The Review Team has No Members, but you have 4 admins. Enough said there. Now, your Package team is fine, the only good team. I have no idea what the promotion team is, so im skipping that.
What im trying to say is that you are overstaffed big time here. I would dump some admins and make them Reviewers or something like that. I would get rid of Co-Admins too. Get the Comm Team active too.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
The spelling and grammar of your forum is fine, but I see a few errors. The UA President Disc says "Become the official President or here from the existing one." I belive it should say "Become the official President or
hear from the existing one." Also, with most of the fourm discriptions, you have the word "Here" at the end. You want to find ways to be creative and get diffrent discriptions that don't make the site look boring.
