Ultimate Adverts

I'm going to let this go through. You did leave feedback, but just to warn ya, we have changed that rule as of June 1st. Now, when leaving feedback, you get to request a Follow Up/Quick Review at anytime after you make any sudden changes, from suggestions and comments, after the Full Forum Review.

That was Twisty's fault for not checking through the completed review section, even though i found your last review on the first page, that day. 😀 That was his mistake, so i don't hold it against you. And I really don't understand how Twisty came up with that remark on the extra one week wait; and would have never agreed to it, myself.

I apologize, roadley. But, just be sure to know when you're next review is available, each time you request from now on. 🙂

Your Forum Review

First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing that catches my eye is your advertisement, which isn't what you want to catch a members eye at first. You did such a great job on the banner up there that you'd want to move your banner down to the bottom of the forum. Advertisements up at the top make it look like you're just in it for the revenue and don't care much about your users.

Other than that your skin is great and first impressions are superb minus the advertisement placement.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

As I said, I suggest moving the Advertisement down to the bottom of your site rather than the top.
Your " news and updates " set up seems pretty good, and I think that looks fine the entire section.
Your services area however needs a restructure.
Achievements, and Forum Discussions are not services. These belong in your UA resources category, and that Graphics area and your " Review " area belong up in the service area.
The hosting & domains board is doing poor, so I would delete it and just redirect hosting discussions to your Forum Discussions area.

Off Topic also needs some work. Forum Games doesn't need its own independent board, make it a child board of Off Topic. Take your " Media " board out of off topic, make it an independent board, and make " Gaming " a child board of Media. This will effectively re-organize this category and make it a lot better.

Your layout leaves a little to desire such as the mix up of services and resources, but all in all it's not that bad. Average mark here.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Forum was founded in January, you've got about 13k posts and 369 members. This is great, keep up the exchanges.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

You've got three admins, one with 40 posts and one with less than 200. This is bad. First of all, you don't need three admins on a smaller site such as this one, and second they are inactive. I would demote the guy with 40 posts to one of your site teams and tell the other admin to step it up, but it's your call what you do. Just get the activity up.
You don't need a group for owner really either, but that's your call and I don't see a big problem with it. Just get those two inactive admins into shape.
Your community staff is inactive too. One seems to have about 350 posts the others have <100. Dismiss them or get them into action. It's these members responsibility to help your members feel welcome and stimulate activity, not to be inactive themselves.
You've got one package staff member with 45 posts, again this is poor. Get more package staff. Your review member has 10 posts, again this is dismal. You really need to get your staff into shape.

Plus this whole UA President thing is confusing and it doesn't seem to work. As a member of your site I've always thought it to be a pretty dumb and useless thing, but if you like it I guess it isn't problematic. The main issue is problems between this elected guy and your actual staff.

This area you score poorly. You have a growing forum but with so many inactive staff members you've got a problem.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

Nothing wrong here. You're professional in your descriptions and spelling is fine.

(Scored 20/20)

Total Score - 77 (Out of 100)

Final Remarks:

Your site is pretty good. You really lost most of the points because of your inactive staff team. This is a serious issue which needs to be corrected.
I also suggest you re-arrange your services/resources area. It's a little messy as I said.
Your site has a lot of potential but with such inactive staff that isn't going to work.

What was most liked about the website/forums:

The banner and the dedicated Owners.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:

The inactivity and laziness of your lower staff. You and your co-owner seem to be the only active staff.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?

Fix your staff problems, and I might consider being a little more active.
