First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The appearance is stupendous and as a guest I'd be obliged to register rather swiftly.
All is in great shape with your appearance and first impressions.. as I've told you for the past few reviews, you're in great shape in this area. There's really absolutely nothing I can suggest to improve this area.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The first area looks perfect, the boards are all in perfect order.
The UA Services area looks superb, you offer tons of great services for your members and tons of excellent resources in the UA resources board below. All is in order here.
The off topic area needs some fine tuning though.. you don't need a board for Femininity... in my view, it just looks plain stupid to have it there. There are no topics in it.. I suggest deleting the board..
I also suggest making Debate Hall a subforum of General Chat, as Debates doesn't need it's own board on a forum like this.
Overall, the layout is great.. again, you've really fixed this up since our last few reviews. The only problem is the Femininity boards and the Debate Hall placement.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board was founded roughly 8 or 9 months ago now, and you have 14k posts and 415 members. This is excellent. 415 members in 8~ months is just baffling... I do, however notice your post count is a bit low. 14k posts with 415 members isn't that good.. the member count is great, but the post count is a bit low. I think you should encourage more posting in off topic and get more of a community feel.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I'm sure you recall this is where we always run into problems in all of the previous reviews... let's get checking.
First, we have your owners group. Seems to be in great shape, but for some reason there's a member in there who's been registered for 10 days and has 0 posts. I would get this guy out of your owners group.. it looks very bad to have this guy there.
Second, I see two administrators. This is alright I guess, as I said to you previously, your other teams lack in membership, and you have 4 high staff members ( 2 owners, 2 admins ) and as I always say, there's too many Chiefs, not enough Indians. You need to consider demoting one of these Administrators to a regular staff position because one of them has less than 300 posts and doesn't seem too active.. they would fit better on maybe the Community Staff or something.
Third, I see two " Community Staff ". This is perfect. No more staff for the community team is needed and you have two members devoted to welcoming, and moderating your site.
Fourth, I see the " Review Staff " only has one member. I would recruit another to this team if I were you.
Fifth, I see no package staff members. As I said, this is a perfect job for that low activity Administrator to take. Gotta fix that up man, you can't have teams without anyone on it.
Sixth, I see no graphics staff.. try to pick up some graphic experts for your site, I know this is a hard position to fill.. so I'm not taking any points off for the lack of staff in this area.
Seventh, The promotions team seems to be in order, and this Taz guy holds a job there, and on the Community Team.. I commend his hard work and dedication.
Overall, your staff problem is getting better.. that inactive Administrator is a problem, though.. and you need to get someone on the package team and get another review staff in order to properly balance the load.

Final Remarks:
The board is really improving since my last review of it a month back. You've got to work on the layout problems and the staff problems.. all I suggest now is that you find a package team members and a few more reviewers to balance the workload.
